The Economic Restructuring Committee of the St. Johnsbury Chamber of Commerce met recently and brought together 21 people, representing residents, business owners, investors and retailers. Many committee members have been meeting every 2 weeks over the past 6 months.
"We set out to accomplish a number of priority goals to spark renewed economic activity in downtown St. Johnsbury," said Seleem Choudhury, who leads the committee. "This group is making progress toward accomplishing many of the objectives that were identified early on."
